Usually, your authorized reseller has qualified staff to install and configure your system and provide high-level training on CGS ORIS products.     If you have access to Helpdesk, use this support portal for submitting your requests.
    Otherwise, fill out the support form and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. The support form includes all information on which data and information are required for problem analysis. Add your sample files and send everything to your reseller.
