Usually, your authorized reseller has qualified staff to install and configure your system and provide high-level training on CGS ORIS products. In many regions, independent CGS ORIS-certified experts are also available.

Your CGS ORIS software includes 30 days of free telephone and email technical support. To begin your free support, you need to register your software.
- Software Service Contract
With a software service contract, you receive support and free software updates for your CGS ORIS products. You can order a service contract through your reseller or directly from CGS ORIS.
- Support request
If you have access to Helpdesk, use this support portal for submitting your requests.
Otherwise, fill out the support form and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. The support form includes all information on which data and information are required for problem analysis. Add your sample files and send everything to your reseller.
