Print media plays a key role in any proofing solution. That is why we have developed special proof media in close cooperation with our partners from the paper and coating industry. Our two product lines PearlPROOF and PackPROOF are tailored to the highly standardized publication market and the packaging market with its diverse materials.

PearlPROOF

PearlPROOF has been specially developed to meet the requirements of the publication printing market. These media are characterized by excellent printing properties, consistent quality and compliance with the required printing standard. The materials are optimized for use with water-based inks.

Printing properties
Thanks to their unique nanoporous coating, Pearl Proof media have a larger surface structure compared to papers with a microporous surface. These properties enable better ink absorption, higher color density, greater detail reproduction, shorter drying times and more consistent proof quality.

Certification
Certified proof paper is a prerequisite for industry standard proofs. Our PearlPROOF media are certified by FOGRA and meet the industry standards: FOGRA39, FOGRA51, FOGRA52, CRACoL and PC1 according to ISO 12647-2:2013.

Media Information

PackPROOF

Our PackPROOF media have been specially developed for printing on a wide range of substrates commonly used in the packaging market. To enable the use of white and metallic inks, all media have been specially optimized for printing with solvent inks.

Packaging substrates

The PackPROOF portfolio ranges from semi-matt, glossy papers and cardboard to transparent, silver and white pouch and shrink films. Particularly noteworthy is the PackPROOF transfer film, which enables the production of packaging proofs and mock-ups on original material.
