In the proof printing sector, CGS also develops and distributes special proof media. In addition to its headquarters near Frankfurt am Main, the company has branches in the USA, Hong Kong and Japan as well as a global network of sales and support partners. In product development, we work closely with long-standing partners such as Canon, Epson, Hewlett Packard and Xerox as well as the leading manufacturers of color measurement devices.

We are looking for a full-time Software Developer (m/f/d) to strengthen our software development department.

Your core tasks

New and further development of our product range
Development of application software in C++/C# under Windows
Adoption of requirements and further development of corresponding software architectures with a focus on
user-friendliness
Use of modern test and behavior-driven concepts
Working in an agile team
Close cooperation with product management and support

What you bring with you

Completed studies in computer science, mathematics or comparable professional experience
Very good knowledge of the programming languages C++14 or higher, knowledge of C# is an advantage
Very good knowledge of object-oriented software development
Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio
Knowledge of color management is an advantage
German and English skills
Independent way of working, commitment, quick comprehension and willingness to familiarize yourself with an
existing code base
Enjoy working with hardware/printers
Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm and enjoyment of further development
