Heiko brings more than two decades of experience in digital printing and color management.

Most recently, he worked as a Technical Account Manager, specializing in first and second-level support, color management, process optimization, and automation. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years leading a technical team focused on large-format digital printing, managing device and software demonstrations, installations, user training, and technical support.

His expertise in RIP software, Adobe and Affinity design tools, and Microsoft Office applications makes him a strong addition to the technical team. Additionally, his experience in on-site and remote training will be valuable in helping customers get the most out of our solutions.

As an Application Specialist, Heiko will work closely with customers, providing technical support, conducting software and hardware installations, training users, and handling support tickets. His background in color management and process optimization ensures that clients receive effective service and guidance. Whether troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing workflows, or implementing new systems, Heiko will provide the necessary expertise.

With his industry knowledge and technical know-how, Heiko is well-positioned to support customers and contribute to the team. Those who interact with him—whether in training sessions, technical support, or system optimizations—can expect a knowledgeable and solutions-oriented approach.
