This year, we at CGS ORIS are celebrating our 40th anniversary - a milestone that fills us with pride and gratitude.

Since our founding in 1985 in Hainburg, near Frankfurt am Main, we have grown from a small team to a globally recognized expert in proof printing, color management, and high-quality packaging samples.

We have continuously developed innovative solutions that help our customers turn their creative ideas into reality. Today, our products and services are represented in over 40 countries, supported by offices in the USA, China, Japan, and a global network of partners.

Since our founding CGS ORIS has grown from a small company to a global leader in color management and digital proofing solutions. Our journey began with the development of on-page assembly systems that made it possible to design magazine and catalog pages directly on the computer.

In the late 1990s, we expanded our portfolio with products such as ORIS Page for layout and design, ORIS Works for workflow management, and ORIS Color Tuner for proofing. These solutions were adopted by major printers and publishers worldwide and set new standards in the industry.

Over the years, we grew, surpassed ourselves, and built up a strong team of specialists and experts who have taken our company further and further. We overcame hurdles, optimized processes, and grew together as a team. We have reinvented ourselves time and time again while remaining true to our core values - innovation, quality, and customer focus.

As we look back on four decades of achievements, we also look ahead: The world of printing is constantly evolving and we are ready to continue to be at the forefront of this development with new ideas and technologies. Our mission remains to provide you with the best solutions.
