So far, the website was available in German and English and also linked to the website of the Japanese distributor. "As the number of web visitors and the customer base from China are continuously growing, we wanted to offer even more service for them", Isabel Bracker, Communications Manager at CGS ORIS, summarizes the goals.

Already after a short period of time, it is shown that the new site is very well received. “We can see, for example, that people are staying longer on the pages and also the number of pages they are using is increasing as well as the contacts”, says Bracker.

Depending on the region from where the website is accessed, the respective language version opens. This can also be switch manually very easily by using the flag symbols in the top right corner of the page.

“Admittedly, the implementation was not that simple, because it wasn't that easy for us here at headquarters orientate ourselves on the new page,” Bracker comments with a smile, “but, fortunately, we have our patient team in Asia and a great agency, who have provided us with wonderful support."
