ORIS Certified Proof Version 1.5.4

The new maintenance release ORIS Certified Proof Version 1.5.4 for Windows and Mac OS X is now available on Downloads. In addition to general improvements and corrections, this version supports the Techkon measurement devices SpectroDens, SpectroDrive and SpectroJet. It also includes characterization files for the new gravure printing standards PSR LWC V2 and SC V2.
The new version is free of charge for users of ORIS Certified Proof Version 1.5 or with a valid Software Service Contract. These users will automatically receive the information required for downloading the software. For all other users there are special upgrade prices. Please call your local CGS reseller or email CGS for more information.

ORIS Certified Proof Version 1.5

The new ORIS Certified Proof Version 1.5 for Windows and Mac OS X is now available on Downloads.
ORIS Certified Proof 1.5 offers additional features for universal application in the printing industry. The highlights of this version include:
  • IDEAlliance ISO 12647-7 Digital Control Strip 2007
    Proofs with the 'IDEAlliance Digital Control Strip 2007' are certified according to ISO 12647-7. The color bar and predefined targets for the printing standards GRACoL coated1, SWOP coated3 and SWOP coated5 are included in the software.
  • Support for TECHKON RS 800
    Certification measurements can now also be made with the high-quality Scan-Spectrometer RS 800 from TECHKON.
  • Easy selection of print targets
    Predefined print targets for different printing standards are now always available in a separate list.
    This version is free of charge for users with a valid Software Service Contract. They will receive a new serial number automatically. For more information, call or email CGS or your local CGS reseller.
