Training & Installation

There are several expert sources for training, installation and support available for your ORIS software. Usually your authorized reseller has qualified staff to install and configure your system and provide high-level training on ORIS products. In many regions independent ORIS-certified experts are also available.

Support

  • 30 days of free support
    Your ORIS software includes 30 days of free telephone and email technical support. To begin your free support, you must register your ORIS software.
  • Software Service Contract
    With a software service contract you receive support and free software updates for your ORIS products. You can order a service contract through your reseller or directly from CGS.
  • Support request
    If you have access to Helpdesk, use this support portal for submitting your requests.
    Otherwise fill out the support form and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. The support form includes all information on which data and information are required for problem analysis. Add your sample files and send everything to your reseller.

ORIS User Forum

In addition to contract-based support, there is also a growing community of ORIS users who frequently discuss software and workflow issues in the moderated ORIS User Forum. CGS technicians also participate in this online discussion.
